We want you to be happy with every purchase you make with Cloth + Stone! However, we understand if something doesn't work out. 

We'll be happy to issue a refund of store credit for your item if contacted within 14 days of receiving your item, but it must be unworn and unwashed. We will not issue a store credit if it smells of smoke or perfume, has pet hair or any other signs that show wear. We are not responsible for items once they are in your possession. We did not break it, snag it or shrink it! Every item is thoroughly inspected on arrival to our store. 

Items in our sale collection cannot be returned.

Cloth + Stone is not responsible for any damages that occur after an item is worn.

We offer self-serve returns for a quick and easy process 🤍

To start a return:

1. Log into your account on our website (or create account with email used for that order)
2. Select your order
3. Click “Request return” and follow the steps

 

Once approved, you’ll receive next steps via email.

All returns are issued as store credit minus the cost of the return label ($7.95).

Other return options:

You can also ship items back with a carrier of your choice. Must be shipped within 14 days of receiving items. We will issue a store credit for your items once we receive them.

Return items in-store. Must be returned within 14 days** for store credit.
